Did your Google business profile get suspended? Now, Google is asking you to upload documents to verify the ownership of the business, but if you are not sure what documents are required, we have listed the options for you.

Option 1: Business Registration/License

  • Document must display your business name and address.
  • This address should match the one in the listing you are appealing for.
  • Accepted forms:
    • Official Business Registration,
    • Business License, or
    • Tax Certificates.

Option 2: Utility Bill

  • The bill must show the same business name and address as your registration/license.
  • Types of utilities accepted:
    • Electricity
    • Phone
    • Gas
    • Water
    • Sewage
    • Trash
    • Recycling
    • TV
    • Internet
